Role description Scrum Master ITAR US Citizen Only Experience and skills Excellent knowledge of the scrum framework with all its artifacts and techniques Ability to coordinate people and projects occasionally facilitating changes with your mind set on deliverables Strong communicator a capable leader and invested in Agile frameworks 7 to 11 years of relevant experience Responsibilities Manage each projects scope and timeline Coordinate sprints retrospective meetings and daily standups Coach team members in Agile frameworks Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration Be the point of contact for external communications eg from customers or stakeholders Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur Help teams implement changes effectively Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity Help build a productive environment where team members own the product and enjoy working on it Requirements and skills Experience in a scrum master role Familiarity with Snowflake related development projects Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts such as definition of done user stories automated testing backlog refinement Good knowledge of JIRA framework Excellent communication and servant leadership skills Problemsolving and conflictresolution ability Outstanding organizational skills Degree in Computer Science Business or similar field Scrum master certification is a plus Business Analyst Key Responsibilities Gather Requirements Collect business needs from managers and clients then turn them into clear user stories or documents Analyze Data Review company data financial reports or market trends to find operational problems and new opportunities Improve Processes Design better workflows and recommend new software or tools to save time and money Act as a Liaison Communicate project updates and translate technical terms between nontechnical business leaders and technical IT teams Support Testing Lead user acceptance testing UAT to make sure final products meet the original business goals Required Skills and Qualifications Education A bachelors degree in business computer science economics or a related field Experience 7 to 11 years growing to a business analyst or a related analytical role pertaining to the manufacturing industry Communication Strong speaking and writing skills to explain complex data clearly Technical Knowledge Understanding of software development methods like Agile or Waterfall Tools Familiarity with requirements and reporting tools like
Jira Excel SQL or Power BI Skills Mandatory Skills :
ANSI-SQL, Project Planning, Python for

Benefits Compensation range:
