$65•$68.75 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM•5 PM education: Bachelors Responsibilities Agile Leadership & Delivery Serve as the Release Train Engineer / Lead Scrum Master for a product area supporting multiple agile teams Facilitate team‑level Scrum execution while operating at the product‑area level with product partners Enable delivery planning, execution, and dependency management across multiple teams Remove systemic and cross‑team impediments impacting delivery flow Support resource and capacity adjustments when delivery needs shift Skills Scrum Agile experience Qualifications Years of experience: 5 years Experience level: Experienced Randstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
