Job Description
5+ years of experience as a Technology Program Manager, Scrum Master, or Agile Delivery Lead. Strong experience leading large-scale Agile technology delivery programs. Experience supporting enterprise platforms, digital transformation, or modernization initiatives. Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and SDLC methodologies. Strong program governance, RAID management, and risk mitigation experience. Proven ability to manage cross-functional dependencies across engineering, product, and business teams. Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Agile reporting tools.
