Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and Scrum framework.
- Experience in facilitating Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives).
- Proficient in Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, Trello).
- Strong Project Management experience with expertise in planning, execution, stakeholder management, and delivery governance.
- Ability to manage project scope, schedule, resources, budgets, risks, and dependencies in Agile environments.
- Ability to coach and mentor teams on Agile best practices.
- Knowledge of Kanban and other Agile methodologies.
- Strong skills in impediment removal and risk management.
- Understanding of story point estimation and backlog management.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills. Roles Responsibilities
- Serve as a servant leader to one or more Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles.
- Facilitate all Scrum events and support the Product Owner in backlog refinement.
- Remove impediments and help the team stay focused on delivering value.
- Manage project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful delivery.
- Ensure transparency on project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and overall delivery status through effective reporting.
- Foster continuous improvement through retrospectives and actionable feedback loops.
- Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, Business Stakeholders, and Leadership teams to maintain a healthy product backlog and align delivery with business objectives.
- Track and communicate team and project performance metrics (velocity, burn-down charts, delivery milestones, etc.).
- Promote collaboration and self-organization within the team.
- Support the organization's Agile transformation journey by sharing best practices and coaching other teams when required.
