Job Description

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Scrum Master for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Pennington, NJ. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

This role involves serving as a Scrum Master for multiple teams within a technology release train. The ideal candidate will lead and coordinate agile ceremonies, manage dependencies across teams, facilitatemunication, and ensure adnce to enterprise change management standards. A strong technical acumen and the ability to drive delivery in a fast-paced environment are essential for this position.

Responsibilities:

Serve as a Scrum Master for multiple teams on a release train

Lead and coordinate agile ceremonies and other routines to support the team's delivery

Manage coordination of delivery and dependencies across multiple scrum teams and with partner systems

Facilitatemunication and collaboration to support deliverablepletion and timelines

Provide status updates to leadership regarding delivery, risks, issues, and schedule

Work with product owners, development and test leads to coordinate release delivery

Support resource planning for delivery and execution

Ensure adnce with Enterprise Change Management standards andpliance in agile tools

Demonstrate leadership as a self-starter with a focus on execution andmitment to dates

Manage risk and demonstrate ownership and accountability

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a technical service delivery role supporting programs/projects
• Proficient in Lean and/or SAFe agile methodologies
• Proficiency in using Jira for agile project delivery
• Strong Scrum Master and Project Management skills with the ability to lead a team and drive results
• Knowledge of software development and testing
• Ability toply with enterprise standards for change management
• Ability to provide project status on deliverables and escalate issues to senior leaders
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Excellent oral and writtenmunication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Desired skills:

Knowledge of enterprise change management standards

Knowledge of AML and CDD processes and functions

Proficient in enterprise tools for release and change management

Bachelor's degree in a technical field

Industry Certifications in PMP or SAFe

Pay range: $68.38 - $76.38 per hour
