Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coach multiple Scrum teams in Agile methodologies and Scrum practices. Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Foster self-organizing, collaborative teams focused on delivering business value. Partner with Product Owners to manage backlogs and align sprint goals. Identify, escalate, and remove impediments to ensure smooth team delivery. Promote Agile best practices and support continuous process improvements. Coordinate dependencies and foster collaboration across teams and stakeholders. Monitor and optimize Scrum processes to enhance team productivity and transparency. Support project planning, release readiness, and effective communication across all partners.
Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. 5+ years supporting multiple Agile teams as a Scrum Master. Deep knowledge of Scrum and Agile development methodologies. Proven experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching teams. Strong problem-solving, facilitation, and communication skills. Proficient with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PSM, or SAFe Scrum Master certification. Experience in banking, treasury management, or financial services. Knowledge of regulatory environments in financial industries. Experience coordinating delivery across multiple teams and stakeholders.
