Job Description

Qualifications:
Bachelor''s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of experience in Agile environments, including Scrum Master responsibilities Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification preferred Proven ability to manage complex initiatives with cross-team dependencies Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills Experience supporting 1-3 medium to large Agile teams Guide and develop a newly established Scrum team with varying experience levels, while aligning with a highly advanced Agile environment. Preferred PSM (Professional Scrum Master) certification Experience in enterprise Agile transformation environments
