Scrum Master - Salesforce

HYRBID - 3

days ONSITE in Columbus, OH Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future. We're hiring a Scrum Master with Salesforce experience to support Agile delivery across Salesforce initiatives. You'll guide teams through Scrum ceremonies, remove blockers, and partner closely with Product Owners, Salesforce teams, and business stakeholders to drive consistent, high?quality delivery. What You'll Do Serve as Scrum Master for Salesforce delivery teams, facilitating sprint planning, stand?ups, reviews, and retrospectives Coach teams on Agile best practices and drive continuous improvement Partner with Product Owners, Salesforce admins, developers, and analysts to support end?to?end delivery Help decompose epics and user stories, manage dependencies, and keep teams focused on priorities Remove impediments, track delivery metrics, and communicate status to stakeholders What We're Looking For 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead Experience supporting Salesforce projects or teams (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud, etc.) Strong Scrum and Agile fundamentals Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder?management skills Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe) and/or Salesforce experience preferred
