Scrum Master - SaaS

Position Overview At Etactics, the Scrum Master plays a critical role in driving Agile excellence across development teams. This individual serves as a servant leader and facilitator, ensuring teams effectively apply Scrum principles to deliver high-quality software solutions that align with business goals. Key Responsibilities Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives Coach team members on Agile best practices and continuous improvement Remove impediments and proactively resolve blockers to keep projects on track Partner with Product Owners to ensure well-defined, prioritized backlogs Track and communicate team progress using Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.) Foster a collaborative, transparent, and accountable team environment Support cross-team coordination and dependency management Promote a culture of continuous delivery and iterative improvement Qualifications 2-5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in an Agile role Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and coaching teams Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar) Preferred Qualifications Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, or equivalent certification Experience in healthcare, data processing, or SaaS environments (relevant to Etactics' domain) Background in software development or technical teams Experience scaling Agile across multiple teams What Success Looks Like Teams consistently meet sprint goals and deliver high-quality increments Continuous improvement is evident through retrospectives and metrics Strong collaboration between development, product, and stakeholders Reduced blockers and improved team velocity over time Work Environment Collaborative, team-oriented culture Emphasis on innovation, efficiency, and process improvement Opportunities to influence Agile transformation and best practices
