Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive Scrum Master who will be responsible for managing Agile ceremonies and ensuring effective tracking and delivery of work using Azure DevOps (ADO). The role will focus on managing backlog items, sprint boards, and workflow processes, while enabling teams to deliver high-quality outcomes in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain Azure DevOps (ADO) boards, including creation, updating, and tracking of user stories, tasks, and bugs (cards). Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Work closely with Product Owners to refine backlog items and ensure clear acceptance criteria. Monitor sprint progress and ensure timely updates of cards in ADO for accurate tracking and reporting. Identify and remove impediments/blockers to keep the team on track. Ensure adherence to Agile best practices and processes across the team. Provide visibility into sprint progress, velocity, and delivery metrics using ADO dashboards and reports. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and delivery alignment. Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Agile team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments. Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for managing boards and tracking work items . Strong understanding of Scrum framework and Agile methodologies. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure team alignment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent). Experience working with distributed or offshore teams. Familiarity with reporting and dashboards in ADO.
