Full Job Description Overview:
Apogee is seeking an experienced Portfolio and Schedule Manager highly capable to provide senior-level Agile program management support to initiatives, managing portfolio and schedule performance, risks, and stakeholder engagement. Serves as Scrum Master for divisional teams and ensures alignment between technical delivery and mission partner needs. •Contingent Upon Contract Award•
Responsibilities:
Lead Agile program management for initiatives, including task tracking, schedule management, and risk mitigation. Serve as Scrum Master for one or more divisional teams, facilitating stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Coordinate with technical leads, product owners, and mission partners to maintain alignment on priorities and outcomes. Identify and help remove impediments to team workflows and delivery. Develop and maintain portfolio-level views of progress, dependencies, and risks. Produce the Agile Portfolio Status Report each sprint, documenting progress and recommended adjustments.

Ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI Education /
Years of Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 8+ years of experience in project/program management, with at least 4+ years in Agile environments. Demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Program Manager for complex technical programs. Strong skills in schedule management, risk management, and stakeholder communication. Proficiency with Agile lifecycle management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent).
Preferred Qualifications:
Project management and Agile certifications (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe Agilist). Experience managing portfolios in DoD/IC or other highly regulated environments. Familiarity with NASIC mission, initiatives, and cloud/software modernization efforts. Experience integrating Agile practices with traditional acquisition or PPBE processes.
