Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required SCRUM Master Certification required Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products including, at a minimum, Word, Excel & Outlook Knowledge of DevOps or TFS Demonstrate critical thinking skills in dealing with SCUM and development teams, and others who communicate with the department Possess excellent proofreading skills
Primary Responsibilities:
Lead SCRUM teams in using Agile methodology and scrum practices Assist product owner and development teams to achieve customer excellence Lead SCRUM and development teams in self-organization Remove impediments and coach SCRUM teams Assist SCRUM and development teams on Agile methodologies Support product owners and provide Agile assistance as needed Perform all correspondence and technical reports as required Assist with special projects as needed Other duties as assigned
