Cherokee Federal is a seeking a Scrum Master to facilitate agile ceremonies and coordinate delivery across a Salesforce Agentforce project. The Scrum Master will collaborate between the Salesforce development team and government stakeholders in a mission-critical public sector environment. This person will be efficient in the ability to track team performance and velocity, manage the sprint backlog, remove impediments, and support the product owner.
Compensation & Benefits:
Estimated Starting Salary Range for Salesforce Scrum Master -
Agentforce:
$100,000-120,000 Pay commensurate with experience. Full-time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.
Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, retrospectives) for the development team and government stakeholders
  • Own and maintain the sprint backlog, including prioritization in coordination with the product owner
  • Track and report team performance measures, velocity, and sprint progress
  • Identify, track, and remove impediments to the team's delivery
  • Facilitate communication between the development team, government stakeholders, and external mission partners regarding process, changes, and delivery status
  • Coach the team on Agile and Scrum practices and support continuous improvement
  • Coordinate cross-team dependencies, including platform and integration readiness (e.g., Data Cloud, integration procedures, CI/CD gates)
  • Perform other job duties as assigned.
Supervisory Duties This position does not have supervisory or management authority.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a closely related field.
  • Advanced Agile certification (ICP-ACC, CSP, SASM, or PMI-ACP).
  • 7-10 years' experience as a Scrum Master in a fast-paced, complex enterprise environment across multiple project types (new development and enhancements/support), including 3 years of recent experience in an Agile development environment.
  • U.S. citizenship, with the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.
  • Ability to favorably pass a company background investigation and drug test.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with Salesforce delivery and Agentforce/OmniStudio project environments, sufficient to facilitate technical planning and story estimation.
  • Experience supporting government or public sector delivery programs. Skills and Experience
  • Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework.
  • Strong analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience setting priorities and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Experience writing technical documentation, including requirements, user stories, help documentation, and job aids.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
  • Commitment to excellent customer service, with focus, reliability, and independent drive to complete tasks accurately and on time.
