Job Description

## Position Overview We are seeking an experienced
  • Scrum Master
  • to support enterprise cloud technology initiatives and ongoing cloud operational activities.
This role will coordinate Agile delivery practices, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, track project and operational work, and promote effective communication among technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and leadership. The Scrum Master will work closely with Cloud Operations, Cloud Engineering, and Cloud Architecture teams to coordinate priorities, remove impediments, maintain project visibility, and support the successful delivery of cloud projects, operational requests, maintenance activities, and service-improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience supporting Agile project delivery, Scrum practices, project coordination, or technology operations. Candidates should possess strong facilitation, documentation, stakeholder-management, and organizational skills, along with sufficient familiarity with cloud technologies to communicate effectively with cloud engineers and architects. ## Key Responsibilities Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, sprint reviews, retrospectives, backlog-refinement meetings, operational work reviews, and related team meetings. Support Agile project-management activities for cloud initiatives, cloud operations, service requests, maintenance work, and continuous-improvement efforts. Work with Cloud Team leadership to establish priorities and coordinate work across Cloud Operations, Cloud Engineering, and Cloud Architecture teams. Monitor sprint progress, operational workloads, work completion, service requests, dependencies, project milestones, and delivery timelines. Maintain team backlogs and help ensure work items include appropriate descriptions, acceptance criteria, priorities, dependencies, and ownership. Identify and escalate project risks, impediments, blocked work items, operational concerns, and issues that could affect cloud services, schedules, or deliverables. Coordinate communication among cloud engineers, architects, operations personnel, vendors, business stakeholders, project teams, and leadership. Assist teams in applying Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile practices based on the nature of the work being performed. Coach team members and stakeholders on Scrum principles, Agile values, team accountability, continuous improvement, and effective delivery practices. Support business-analysis activities by documenting project scope, business needs, operational requirements, objectives, assumptions, dependencies, and deliverables. Assist with requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, validation, and stakeholder review. Prepare documentation supporting project implementation, operational readiness, service transitions, and organizational change-management activities. Maintain project plans, status reports, sprint artifacts, risk and issue logs, action-item trackers, meeting minutes, dashboards, operational metrics, and project-tracking systems. Prepare project updates, executive summaries, presentations, dashboards, and governance materials for leadership and stakeholder meetings. Schedule meetings, distribute agendas, document decisions, track action items, and follow up with responsible parties. Communicate changes in priorities, delivery timelines, dependencies, risks, and operational impacts to appropriate stakeholders. Promote transparency regarding project performance, operational workload, sprint commitments, resource constraints, and delivery risks. Support coordination with vendors and external partners involved in cloud-related projects or services. Help teams improve delivery predictability, workflow efficiency, backlog quality, stakeholder communication, and operational responsiveness. Maintain familiarity with cloud technologies, cloud-operating processes, Agile methodologies, project-management practices, the Software Development Lifecycle, and collaboration tools. ## Required Qualifications
  • At least
  • 10 years of experience
  • supporting Agile project management, Scrum delivery, technical project coordination, or technology operational activities.
Proven experience serving as a Scrum Master or Agile delivery professional within an enterprise technology environment.
Demonstrated experience facilitating:
Daily stand-ups Sprint-planning sessions Sprint reviews Sprint retrospectives Backlog-refinement sessions Operational work reviews Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and delivery approaches, including Scrum and Kanban. Thorough understanding of Scrum principles, Agile values, team roles, backlog management, iterative delivery, and continuous improvement. Experience coaching technical teams and stakeholders on Agile practices. Experience using project-management, ticketing, collaboration, or work-tracking platforms. Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle. Experience tracking project schedules, sprint progress, dependencies, risks, issues, action items, milestones, and deliverables. Experience preparing project documentation, status reports, dashboards, presentations, meeting notes, risk logs, and leadership updates. Strong stakeholder-management, facilitation, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively with cloud engineers, architects, operations teams, vendors, business representatives, and senior leadership. Ability to manage both project-based work and ongoing operational requests within the same delivery environment. Ability to work independently while coordinating multiple priorities and workstreams. Must reside within approximately one hour of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Must agree to attend onsite meetings or work sessions at the designated Harrisburg-area location as requested. ## Highly Desired Qualifications One or more foundational cloud certifications, such as:
