Jr Scrum Master Location - Washington, D.C (Hybrid 3 days in office at client location) Full Time with Hexaware Experience needed 2-3 years. Key Responsibilities Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Partner with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and development teams to support effective sprint execution and delivery. Identify and help remove impediments that impact the team's ability to achieve sprint goals. Promote Agile principles, Scrum best practices, transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Track sprint progress, dependencies, risks, and blockers and facilitate timely resolution. Work closely with business and technology stakeholders within the Private Equity / financial services environment . Facilitate collaboration between technical teams and financial-domain stakeholders. Support backlog refinement and ensure the team has clarity around priorities and deliverables. Coach team members on Agile practices and encourage a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
