$58.80-$84.00 Per Hr Description Seeking a dynamic leader to guide cross-functional teams in a hybrid role, managing projects through their lifecycle using Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Based in Chicago, IL, this full-time position requires a blend of project management and business analysis skills to ensure successful delivery. Familiarity with generic project management and Agile tools is essential. Key Responsibilities Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives, while coaching teams. Manage Waterfall project elements such as scheduling, resource allocation, and budget tracking. Lead transitions from Waterfall to Agile, enhancing workflow and delivery speed. Translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria for Agile sprints. Collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with business objectives. Qualifications Bachelor''s degree in a related field such as Computer Science or Business Administration. 3 to 5 years of experience as a Project Manager and Scrum Master in both Agile and Waterfall environments. Practical knowledge in Business Analysis, including requirements gathering and process mapping. Active certifications in project management or Agile frameworks like Scrum Master or PMP. Strong conflict resolution and stakeholder management skills.
