Danbury, CT (Hybrid) Job Summary / Role Summary Agile Project Leadership Lead the planning execution and delivery of complex projects using Agile and Scrum methodologies Align project objectives with organizational strategy and business goals Drive strategic project planning initiatives to maximize business value and customer outcomes Ensure successful delivery through Value Driven Delivery principles Scrum Agile Facilitation Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning Daily Standups Sprint Reviews Sprint Retrospectives Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement across teams Remove impediments and address blockers to maintain team productivity Stakeholder Product Management Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to Define project scope Prioritize the product backlog Gather and refine requirements Ensure continuous stakeholder engagement and satisfaction Drive customer centric delivery focused on measurable business value Team Leadership Coaching Mentor coach and guide Agile teams on Scrum principles and Agile best practices Support Scrum Masters in improving team performance and Agile maturity Foster collaboration among cross functional teams to build a high performing Agile environment Promote a culture of innovation accountability and continuous learning Project Governance Risk Management Monitor project progress timelines milestones and deliverables Manage project resources budgets and schedule adherence Identify project risks issues and dependencies and implement mitigation strategies Ensure compliance with organizational policies standards and governance processes Metrics Reporting Continuous Improvement Analyze Agile metrics and project performance indicators to drive informed decision making Track delivery efficiency team velocity quality metrics and project health Provide regular status updates risk assessments and executive reports to leadership Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery effectiveness Strategic Collaboration Partner with senior leadership to align project execution with broader business priorities Stay current with industry trends Agile frameworks and emerging technologies Integrate relevant advancements and best practices into project management methodologies
