Public Trust Required Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with strong Agile leadership and project management expertise to guide software development teams supporting enterprise payroll modernization initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience leading Agile ceremonies, managing Scrum processes, driving collaboration across cross functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high quality software solutions within an SDLC environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Agile Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Guide development and testing teams throughout the Agile software development lifecycle.
- Manage Scrum artifacts, sprint backlogs, and work tracking using VersionOne or similar Agile management tools.
- Coordinate release planning and oversee work management activities.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Solution Architects, Managers, Developers, and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
- Support change management initiatives and drive continuous process improvements.
- Identify project risks, remove impediments, and facilitate issue resolution.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.
- Promote Agile and DevOps best practices across development teams.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance team productivity and delivery.
Required Skills:
- Scrum Master Certification is required.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in technology or software development environments.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum framework, DevOps, and SDLC.
- Experience using VersionOne or similar Agile work management tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem solving abilities.
- Experience managing risks, priorities, and cross functional teams.
- Ability to drive collaboration and ensure successful project delivery.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with DevSecOps.
- Knowledge of Agile Scrum best practices.
- Experience with VersionOne or equivalent Agile project management tools.
- Understanding of SDLC processes.
- Payroll systems and payroll processing experience.
- Mainframe knowledge is a plus.

Process Improvement Recommendations Education Requirement:
