Overview:
Seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support a digital product team in delivering high-quality web solutions. The role ensures effective Agile execution, team collaboration, and timely delivery of customer-focused outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) Manage sprint scope, timelines, risks, and deliverables Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize backlog and features Track and report KPIs, progress, and risks using Azure DevOps dashboards Remove impediments and ensure smooth team operations Drive Agile best practices and continuous improvement Ensure quality delivery aligned with Definition of Done Maintain documentation (user stories, test cases, workflows) Support release activities and stakeholder reporting
Required Skills:
Proven experience as a Scrum Master. Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience with web/software development teams. Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to track and present performance metrics.
