• Responsibilities (ADO + AI Product Delivery) Core Responsibilities Lead Agile delivery for AI products and platforms across pods Facilitate all ceremonies with focus on business outcomes , not just velocity Own delivery execution in Azure DevOps (ADO) — epics, features, user stories, dashboards Partner with Product Manager and BA to align backlog with AI product vision (copilots, RAG, agents) Structure stories for AI work: data pipelines, prompts/models, evaluation metrics, feedback loops Manage dependencies across data, AI engineering, and platform teams Track and optimize delivery using ADO metrics while adapting for AI experimentation cycles Drive incremental delivery ( MVP → iterate → scale ) Remove blockers across data, model performance, and integrations Enable release planning for AI solutions (APIs, pipelines, integrations) Leadership & Strategy Coach teams on Agile + AI product mindset (experiment → learn → refine) Guide stakeholders on AI realities (non-deterministic outputs, iteration cycles) Establish standard ways of working for AI pods (backlog, DoD, evaluation criteria) Drive cross-pod alignment and governance Ensure alignment between roadmap, execution, and measurable business value AI-Specific Expectations Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG, embeddings, and agentic workflows Ability to manage model tuning and experimentation within sprints Focus on evaluation metrics: accuracy, precision/recall, hallucination control, user adoption Familiarity with Responsible AI (bias, compliance, governance) Experience & Education Requirements Minimum 8+ years of experience in Agile delivery, with exposure to AI/analytics products Bachelor's degree required (Computer Science, Engineering, Data, or related field)
