Job Description

Job Description Position Summary The Scrum Master leads delivery across AI, application, and data engineering teams. This role drives continuous improvement, reduces context switching, improves velocity, and supports evolving methodologies (Scrum, RAD, XP). The Scrum Master ensures teams operate efficiently in a fast-moving AI-enabled environment. This is a 6-month contract with potential extensions and can sit remotely. We're targeting an hourly rate of $55-60/HR Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate all agile ceremonies: daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement
  • Build and maintain workflows for prioritization, acceptance criteria, UAT, and delivery readiness
  • Improve capacity planning and reduce context switching across engineering teams
  • Track risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines; produce reporting for engineering leadership
  • Partner with QA to ensure quality, reduce bugs, and prevent tech debt
  • Support teams working with LLMs, AI agents, and rapid application development cycles

  • 7+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead
  • Experience with Scrum, Kanban, or Scrum-ban
  • Familiarity with LLMs, machine learning environments, or AI-enabled development
  • Strong experience with Jira and Confluence
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and facilitation skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly and lead teams through change Healthcare experience
  • Healthcare or value-based care experience
  • Experience in environments with rapid iteration or RAD-style development
  • Strong understanding of engineering capacity planning
