Facilitating daily standups, sprint planning meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Helping the Product Owner manage the product backlog effectively. Removing any impediments or blockers that are hindering the team's progress. Ensuring the team follows Scrum principles and practices. Shielding the team from external distractions and interruptions.
