Facilitate all Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Develop detailed project charters, define scope, objectives, and deliverables, and establish clear timelines and milestones. Work with Product Owners to refine and prioritize product backlogs, develop well-defined user stories in Azure DevOps, and ensure alignment with business goals. Ensure deliverables met the defined acceptance criteria, quality standards, and compliance guidelines. Maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI for data-driven decision-making, and ensured timely delivery. Develop comprehensive project charters by collaborating with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to document project vision, goals, scope boundaries, assumptions, constraints, risks, and success criteria. Define measurable objectives aligned with organizational strategy and translate high-level business requirements into structured project deliverables. Create detailed work breakdown structures (WBS), roadmap plans, sprint/release timelines, dependency mappings, and milestone schedules using Agile and hybrid methodologies. Establish governance frameworks, stakeholder communication plans, and resource allocation models to ensure controlled project execution and traceability from initiation through closure. Ensure that all project deliverables meet predefined acceptance criteria by facilitating backlog refinement sessions, validating user stories, and coordinating functional and regression testing cycles. Implement quality assurance processes, including Definition of Done (DoD), peer reviews, defect tracking, and UAT sign-offs, to maintain high delivery standards. Monitor compliance with internal governance policies, security standards, data protection regulations, and industry best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct periodic audits, risk assessments, and performance evaluations to ensure adherence to quality benchmarks and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Skills Required:
Azure DevOps, AWS S3, Azure Blob, Power BI, SQL Server, Google Cloud Storage, Agile and Sprint. Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, or Engineering (any) with 5 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation is required.
