Responsibilities will include:
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and Agile processes, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives, ensuring adherence to time-boxed agendas and fostering team collaboration. Create dashboards and reports for higher management, providing insights into project status, risks, and key performance indicators. Develop implementation plans that include analyses such as cost-benefit or return on investments and identify need for initial or supplemental project resources. Track and monitor project progress using Agile metrics and tools such as burndown charts and task boards, providing visibility into team performance and facilitating data-driven decision-making. Create and manage project management artifacts, including project charters, plans, risk management documents, and communication plans, to ensure project success and stakeholder alignment. Coach and mentor cross-functional teams on various principles, helping to improve efficiency and deliver high-quality products within project timelines. Work with Product Owners to develop and maintain product roadmaps, aligning with organizational goals and priorities. Utilize experience in Agile Metrics, Jira, Confluence, UAT Testing, C#, Java and Mainframe technologies. Position requires Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Technology, Electronics Engineering, Computer Information Systems or a related field, plus five (5) years of experience in a related occupation.
