Location:
- National Capital Region (NCR) or San Antonio, TX Nightwing is seeking a Scrum Master that serves as a servant leader and coach for the Agile team, facilitating SAFe implementation and ensuring adherence to agreed-upon processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- + Facilitate all team-level SAFe ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Iteration Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives) + Coach team members in Agile and SAFe practices + Identify and remove impediments to team progress + Foster environment for continuous flow and relentless improvement + Support Product Owner in backlog management and refinement + Track and report team metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.
Required Qualifications:
- + Minimum 10 years of Agile team experience with 3+ years as Scrum Master + Bachelor's degree (or equivalent substitution) + Active Certified SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or Advanced Scrum Master (SASM) certification required + Strong understanding of SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, and XP practices + Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies in classified environments + Excellent coaching, facilitation, and interpersonal skills + Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar Agile tools + Understanding of DevSecOps practices + Active TS/SCI clearance + Must be U.
