Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Technical Scrum Master/Data Analyst in San Antonio, Texas. This person will lead Program Management duties, as well as help gathering some technical requirements, logging the DevOps tasks, informing PMO/Leadership of the progress, etc. This person will need to have a strong understanding of Enterprise Data Hubs (EDH) & Master Data Management (MDM) and Data Governance, including, Data Quality Management, Data Lineage, Metadata Management, and Data & Metric Catalog. Knowledge of data Integration and ETL/ELT concepts, data Warehousing methodologies, Snowflake/Databricks/Google BigQuery. Also have knowledge of Azure Data Platform/AWS Data Services/Google Data Platform and SQL and data analysis tools. This person will have proven experience managing Agile backlogs and delivery roadmaps, experience using Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar Agile management tools, and strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid project methodologies. •  5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, Project Delivery, or related disciplines.
•  5+ years serving as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead on enterprise technology initiatives.
•  3+ years working with enterprise data platforms, data warehousing, or analytics solutions.
•  Experience supporting large-scale data transformation programs.
•  Experience leading cross-functional teams consisting of business stakeholders, architects, engineers, and vendors.
•  Experience providing project updates to PMO leadership, steering committees, and executive stakeholders.
•  Experience implementing or supporting Master Data Management using Informatica MDM
•  Experience in enterprise data modernization initiatives.
•  Knowledge of cloud-based data lakehouse architectures.
•  Experience supporting data governance councils and data stewardship programs.
•  Familiarity with data catalog and metadata management tools.
•  Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist, or equivalent preferred.
