You will create the structure, visibility, and team discipline needed to turn mission priorities into demonstrable, production-ready outcomes. This role is appropriate for a hands-on Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, Agile Team Facilitator, Iteration Manager, Release Coordinator, or technical project lead who can apply Agile practices pragmatically in a structured government delivery environment. As the Scrum Master, you will: Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and other Agile delivery activities. Partner with Product Owners, project managers, technical leads, and stakeholders to maintain actionable backlogs, measurable sprint goals, and clear definitions of ready and done. Identify and help resolve impediments, risks, issues, and dependencies within the team and across related technical workstreams. Coordinate milestones, release activities, demonstrations, testing dependencies, and customer decision points without taking ownership away from the delivery team. Use delivery metrics and team feedback to improve predictability, flow, transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement. Help the team navigate documentation, change management, cybersecurity, testing, release, and government approval requirements. Minimum Qualifications and Experience Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance. Current DoD 8140/8570-compliant baseline certification appropriate to the assigned position, such as Security+, CySA+, GSEC, SSCP, or another approved credential. U.S. citizenship. Three or more years of experience supporting Agile delivery teams as a Scrum Master, Agile facilitator, delivery lead, project coordinator, or similar role; equivalent education, training, certifications, and experience will be considered. Working knowledge of Scrum and Agile delivery practices, backlog management, release planning, dependency management, and team-level metrics. Strong facilitation, communication, organization, conflict-resolution, and servant-leadership skills, with the judgment to adapt practices to team and customer needs. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting federal or DoD technology programs and coordinating multiple interdependent Agile teams. Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or comparable Agile delivery tools. Experience supporting software, data, integration, platform, or cybersecurity delivery teams.
