Our capabilities include cyber space operations, cyber defense and resiliency, vulnerability research, ubiquitous technical surveillance, data intelligence, lifecycle mission enablement, and software modernization. Nightwing brings disruptive technologies, agility, and competitive offerings to customers in the intelligence community, defense, civil, and commercial markets. We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support a software development team operating under Scrum Agile with a two‑week sprint cadence. The Scrum Master will facilitate all Agile ceremonies, manage the team's Jira board and workflow, and help ensure the team remains focused, aligned, and continuously improving. This role also includes light technical responsibilities to support the team's systems engineering needs.Key Responsibilities:
- + Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Required Qualifications:
- + Active TS/SCI clearance with full‑scope polygraph.
Preferred Qualifications:
- + Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent). + Experience supporting systems engineering or DevOps‑related activities. + Familiarity with manual testing practices and demonstration delivery. + Experience in mission‑focused or secure environments.

- The salary associated with this position ($122,000-$253,000) is commensurate with the selected candidate's qualifications, years of relevant experience, and demonstrated level of expertise.
