Information Technology / Data & Innovation Position Overview Imaging Associates is seeking an Artificial Intelligence (AI) Developer to design, build, and maintain intelligent software systems that support healthcare operations, analytics, and automation. This role will focus on developing backend applications, AI driven tools, and data systems that improve efficiency across patient scheduling, operational reporting, and business intelligence. The Artificial Intelligence (AI) Developer will work closely with leadership, IT staff, and operational teams to transform complex data into practical tools that support decision making and workflow automation. Key Responsibilities Design and develop backend applications using Node.js and related technologies. Build, manage, and optimize SQL databases used for operational reporting and analytics. Develop APIs and integrations between internal systems, business intelligence platforms, and external tools. Design and implement Artificial Intelligence (AI) models that support forecasting, automation, and operational insights. Create data pipelines and systems that move and transform data across multiple platforms. Develop internal dashboards and reporting tools to support leadership decision making. Collaborate with operational teams to identify processes that can benefit from Artificial Intelligence (AI) or automation. Troubleshoot system performance issues, database queries, and application integrations. Maintain clear documentation of application architecture, database structures, and AI models. Ensure all systems meet healthcare data security and privacy standards. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 3 or more years of experience in software development or Artificial Intelligence (AI) development. Strong experience with SQL databases , including complex query design and performance optimization. Experience developing backend applications using Node.js . Experience building REST APIs and system integrations. Experience working with structured and unstructured data sets. Strong understanding of backend system architecture and data pipelines. Experience with version control systems such as Git. Strong problem solving skills and the ability to translate operational challenges into technical solutions. Preferred Qualifications Experience developing Artificial Intelligence (AI) or machine learning models . Experience integrating applications with business intelligence tools such as Tableau . Experience with cloud infrastructure such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Experience with data automation and workflow optimization tools.
