$50,000•$70,000 base plus commissions Birmingham, AL•We're looking for a relationship-driven Business Developer to help grow this restoration company through trust, consistency, and strong community partnerships. This is an outside sales role focused on building long-term referral relationships with plumbers, insurance agents, property managers, and other industry professionals. This position is not about high-pressure sales tactics. Success in this role comes from being reliable, professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful to the people you serve. Your day-to-day will include visiting referral partners, identifying new opportunities, and representing a company known for integrity and quality service during stressful situations for homeowners and businesses.

What We're Looking For:

Experience selling home services is required Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field Professional presence and follow-through Organized, accountable, and dependable Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

What You'll Be Doing:

Develop and maintain referral partnerships with plumbers, insurance agents, and property managers Schedule and conduct in-person visits throughout the territory Track outreach and follow-up activity Represent the company at networking and community events Help grow brand awareness and market presence
