Hourly Job Summary:

Seeking a Power Apps Developer to design, build, deploy, and support enterprise business solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. The Power Apps Developer designs, builds, deploys, and supports enterprise business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. This role develops canvas and model-driven apps, automates business processes with Power Automate, manages application data in Microsoft Dataverse, and integrates solutions with SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Microsoft Graph, and other Microsoft 365 services. The developer works with business stakeholders to translate requirements into secure, scalable, and supportable solutions. The role also modernizes legacy applications and workflows through governed migration to Power Platform. Design, develop, test, deploy, and support canvas apps and model-driven apps using Power Apps. Build cloud flows, approvals, and process automation using Power Automate. Design Dataverse tables, relationships, business rules, security roles, and data models. Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Microsoft Graph, and other Microsoft 365 services. Develop and manage standard connectors, custom connectors, REST API integrations, and on-premises data gateway connections. Assess legacy applications, forms, and workflows for rebuilding in Power Platform. Gather requirements and translate business needs into technical designs and product backlogs. Apply application lifecycle management practices using solutions, environments, source control, pipelines, and managed deployments. Develop reusable components and extensions using Power Fx, JavaScript, TypeScript, JSON, HTML, REST APIs, and Power Apps Component Framework when needed. Protect data and solutions through role-based security, environment controls, data loss prevention policies, and secure development practices. Monitor solution performance, troubleshoot defects, conduct root-cause analysis, and provide production support. Create technical documentation, deployment records, support procedures, and knowledge articles. Partner with platform administrators, architects, business analysts, citizen developers, and support teams. Working knowledge of enterprise application development, process automation, data integration, and Microsoft cloud services, with experience in the following preferred: Microsoft Power Apps, including canvas apps and model-driven apps Microsoft Power Automate, including cloud flows, approvals, error handling, and monitoring Microsoft Dataverse, including data modeling, security roles, business rules, and solution components Microsoft 365 integrations, including SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, and Microsoft Graph Power Fx, expressions, formulas, and reusable development patterns Connectors, custom connectors, REST APIs, authentication, and integration design Power Platform solutions, environments, connection references, environment variables, and pipelines Application lifecycle management, source control, testing, release management, and deployment practices Security, governance, data loss prevention, accessibility, performance, and supportability Legacy application and workflow assessment, migration, and modernization Requirements analysis, technical documentation, troubleshooting, and customer support

Adaptability:

Learns new Power Platform and Microsoft 365 capabilities and applies them within enterprise standards. Experience with Microsoft Azure services such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, Key Vault, Service Bus, Application Insights, and Entra ID. Experience with Azure DevOps or GitHub for source control, work tracking, automated builds, and deployment pipelines. Experience developing Power Apps Component Framework controls, Dataverse plug-ins, or other pro-code extensions. Experience with Power Platform CLI, Visual Studio Code, C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, JSON, HTML, and RESTful APIs. Experience with Copilot Studio, AI Builder, or generative AI features in Power Platform.
