APPLICATIONS ENGINEER

: Esys The Energy Control Company is an industry leader specializing in providing technologically superior process control instrumentation and PLC based control systems to industries throughout the world. We are seeking a candidate with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or Industrial Technology to perform preliminary design, product research, job costing & document preparation for variety of applications from simple systems to integrated turnkey solutions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and writing skills and be proficient in Word & Excel. Experience in reading & interpreting electrical schematics, P&ID's, mechanical drawings & AutoCAD desirable. This position also involves hands on troubleshooting and repair of industrial 480 VAC Variable Frequency Drives. This position will involve time in the lab utilizing electrical test equipment such as volt ohm meters, oscilloscopes and power quality analyzers. Experience in industrial instrumentation, automation & control systems is a plus. Esys is an equal opportunity employer.
