Job Overview The software engineer will work with the development team to create Windows PC based applications for medical device software with modern graphical user interface and underlying data communication, processing, storage and retrieving mechanism. The software engineer will also develop PC based applications for lab usage per engineering requests. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Develop Windows PC based GUI applications
  • Create software modules to communicate with other hardware components with established protocols
  • Create software modules for data storing and retrieving
  • Generate data processing algorithms and applications
  • Provide documentation suitable for design verification and validation
  • Other duties as assigned Qualifications
  • B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or equivalent degree
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience
  • Experience in C#, WPF and XAML with Microsoft Visual Studio
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, agile environment
  • Ability to work with engineers of different disciplines including electrical engineers, mechanical engineers, firmware engineers etc.
Preferred Competencies:
  • Experience in medical device software development
  • Experience in SQL or NoSQL database
  • Experience with Microsoft .NET framework
  • Knowledge in cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
  • Familiarity with other programming languages such as
JavaScript, Python Pay:
$95,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
