Principal Architect - Modern Work & Collaboration Corona, CA | $150,000-$172,000 + Bonus | Full-Time Lead the Next Generation of Enterprise Collaboration We're recruiting an experienced Principal Architect for a leading global IT solutions provider. This is an opportunity for a senior Cisco Collaboration expert to design enterprise communications solutions, advise executive-level clients and help shape the future of Modern Work. You'll combine deep architectural expertise with strategic pre-sales consulting, focusing primarily on Cisco Collaboration and Webex technologies, with Microsoft 365 and Teams integration. What You'll Do Lead the design of enterprise collaboration solutions, including Cisco CUCM, Webex Calling, Webex Contact Center and collaboration devices. Partner with sales teams on complex opportunities, solution strategies, proposals and executive presentations. Advise enterprise customers on communications modernization and Cisco/Microsoft integration. Provide technical advisory and architectural oversight for governance-related customer engagements, helping sales teams position collaboration solutions that align with business objectives. Lead technical workshops, solution assessments, proofs of concept and technology roadmap discussions. Develop collaboration service offerings, architecture standards and Statements of Work. Lead technical sales enablement and go-to-market initiatives, developing positioning strategies, sales materials and new Cisco-led collaboration offerings. Provide technical guidance to Solution Architects and collaborate with delivery teams. What You'll Bring 7+ years of enterprise collaboration experience in architecture, consulting or technical pre-sales. Deep expertise in Cisco CUCM, Webex Calling, Webex Contact Center and collaboration devices. Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Teams integration and coexistence. Experience designing complex enterprise solutions and presenting to C-level executives. Strong communication, customer advisory and consultative selling skills. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Ability to travel 25%-50%.

Preferred Certifications:
