The team is sourcing 3 C++ Developers and 2 Cloud Developers (Kotlin/JVM). This requirement is focused on C++ development.

Fluent spoken English with the ability to explain technical decisions and thought processes clearly. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work through unfamiliar technical problems. Experience with real-world production software, including designing, owning, or debugging non-trivial production components. Strong ability to analyze requirements, identify issues, and propose effective technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, debug, and maintain production-grade C++ software. Work on Linux-based systems and large-scale software codebases. Develop and integrate communication and distributed systems. Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to deliver reliable software solutions. Analyze complex technical requirements and develop effective solutions. Participate in technical discussions and clearly communicate design decisions and problem-solving approaches.

Technical Skills:

Strong expertise in modern C++ development on Linux systems. Experience with backend/cloud systems. Hands-on experience with Pub/Sub infrastructure, including Kafka, RabbitMQ, and topic partitioning. Experience with Protocol Buffers (Protobuf/Nano Protobuf). Experience with Data Distribution Service (DDS). Good understanding of embedded systems. Knowledge of communication protocols such as Ethernet and CAN. Experience working with large-scale codebases. Strong knowledge of Git, version control, and software development workflows.

Qualifications :

BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of software development experience. Strong professional experience with Modern C++ and Linux. Experience with Pub/Sub, Protobuf, DDS, Ethernet, and/or CAN is highly preferred.
