Full-Time / W2 Contract Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Java Technical Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with Java development, backend architecture, microservices, and cloud technologies while providing technical leadership to development teams. Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and implementation of Java/J2EE applications and enterprise solutions. Develop scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices. Provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, and establish development best practices. Design and implement microservices and distributed applications with a focus on scalability, performance, and reliability. Collaborate with architects, product managers, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to translate requirements into technical solutions. Troubleshoot complex application and production issues and drive root-cause resolution. Support CI/CD, automated testing, and deployment processes. Mentor developers and provide technical guidance throughout the software development lifecycle. Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in software development with strong hands-on Java expertise. Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, REST APIs, and Microservices . Experience with SQL/relational databases and enterprise application development. Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, data structures, and algorithms . Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform . Experience with Git, CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes is preferred. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and technical leadership skills. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
