Hiring:

Lead Full Stack Software Engineer Location:

Glendale, CA or Seattle, WA Work Model:

3 4 days onsite, 1 2 days remote/week

Contract:

9 months with likely extensions, up to 24 months maximum

Employment:

W2 Contract Must-Have Skills 4 5+ years of software engineering experience Strong Java / Spring experience Experience with ORM frameworks Strong React or comparable frontend framework experience Strong SQL and relational database experience (MySQL/PostgreSQL) Experience building and consuming REST and/or GraphQL APIs Nice to Have Spring Boot AWS or other cloud platforms Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform Kafka, Kinesis, SNS/SQS CI/CD and cloud-native development Media processing or advertising technology experience AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor or Amazon Q Developer Responsibilities Design and develop scalable full-stack applications Lead medium-to-large features from design through production Contribute to architecture and technical decisions Build backend services and user-facing web applications Improve performance, observability, reliability, and resiliency Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and Engineering teams Mentor engineers and participate in code/design reviews Support production incidents and root-cause analysis If you re a hands-on Full Stack Engineer with strong Java + React experience, we d love to connect!
