Description Amazon's advertising technology powers billions of ad auctions every day, connecting publishers with advertisers to deliver relevant ads and fund the content audiences rely on. Ads Publisher Technologies (PubTech) builds the ad serving infrastructure at the center of this — processing real-time auctions across web, mobile, streaming video, audio, and connected TV for publishers including Prime Video, Twitch, and Tubi. We give publishers access to Amazon's demand and the tools to grow their ad revenue, so they can focus on publishing. As an SDE on the PubTech Ad Serving team, you will design and build the distributed services that process real-time bid requests at scale. You will work across the ad serving stack — publisher integrations, auction mechanics, bidder protocols, and privacy enforcement — and own features that directly affect publisher revenue and advertiser outcomes. - Architect and evolve publisher integrations across web, mobile, STV, and audio inventory types.
- Build auction and pricing infrastructure that maximizes publisher yield while enforcing buyer controls, privacy regulations, and brand safety signals.
- Drive reliability and observability improvements across the ad serving stack, owning availability, latency, and correctness metrics end-to-end.
- Partner with engineers and product managers to deliver features that improve publisher yield and buyer experience. Basic Qualifications
