Tuesday, 27 January 2026 Black Forest Labs is a cutting-edge startup pioneering generative image and video models. Our team, which invented Stable Diffusion, Stable Video Diffusion, and FLUX.1, is currently looking for a Senior Solutions Architect to help us scale our commercial organization. We are looking for candidates with a strong understanding and a clear grasp of the inner workings of generative models - diffusion models especially - as well as prior hands-on experience in serving these models via APIs. Additionally you should be passionate about enabling customers to make optimal use of our cutting-edge technology with proven experience in closely collaborating with Sales and Partnership teams. As an integral part of our GTM team, you'll drive the successful deployment of BFL models, manage daily customer relations involving multiple stakeholders (CEO, Sales team, research scientists, and engineers) and function as a key resource in externalising our research in production settings. The Role Onboard customers to our suite of models, providing guidance on prompting, inference optimization, evaluation, and finetuning, and ensuring the best production integration. Work in close collaboration with our Sales and BD teams, and engineers on our most complex and largest customer projects enabling the deployment of our models into production use cases with a considerable business impact. Act as BFL's central internal hub, seamlessly connecting the go-to-market, engineering, and applied research teams. Create reusable and scalable technical enablement resources that amplify our sales team's effectiveness and technical fluency. Translate customer technical feedback into actionable product insights and collaborate with the engineering and applied research teams to derive and implement required product updates and new features. Ideal experiences Deep understanding of generative AI and hands-on experience with serving generative deep learning models (in particular large diffusion models). Proven track record in solutions engineering and working with customers on large and complex deals Enjoy working directly with customers, iterating on solutions and providing tailored support Experience in explaining sophisticated technical concepts to both technical and business audience Excellent communication skills and experience in collaborating with non-technical stakeholders internally and externally, and the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences and explain complex technical concepts in simple terms with technical and non-technical audiences Nice to have Proven ability to architect solutions in complex enterprise environments Contributed to open-source projects in particular in the space of diffusion models Experience with cloud platforms and state of the art deployment solutions for diffusion model We're looking for a highly motivated, curious, and adaptable commercial professional who can execute today while helping us build for tomorrow.
