Job Responsibilities:

Develop AI-powered solutions with a clear understanding of business context and solution intent

• figuring out what to build, not just coding to spec. Leverage AI tools (like GitHub Copilot, agentic coding) as part of daily workflow to deliver working code in rapid iterations Experiment and validate ideas quickly
• we value learning fast over getting it right the first time Deliver solutions that maintain a high standard of quality, even in fast paced development cycles Collaborate closely with team members to take shared ownership of code and quality Practice full-stack development across the solution lifecycle Apply test-driven development practices Responsible for estimating, planning, and managing own tasks and reporting on progress Stay current with AI technologies and development tools•evaluate and adopt what works

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field 1-3 years of software development experience Demonstrated experience using AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, etc.) in real projects
