The environment consists primarily of C#/.NET and Python services , with different teams having historically adopted their own build conventions, deployment mechanisms and tooling. The objective is to establish a small number of opinionated, reusable and well-supported pipeline patterns that engineering teams can adopt with minimal bespoke configuration. You will work closely with application engineering teams to design, implement and roll out these standards, with a strong focus on: Repeatable CI/CD Automation Security Quality gates Observability Deployment consistency Developer experience Platform engineering principles This is a hands-on engineering role , rather than a traditional operational DevOps position. The Role As a Senior DevOps Engineer , you will take ownership of designing and implementing reusable build and deployment capabilities across the organisation. You will work as part of a small team of experienced DevOps engineers, collaborating directly with application developers and technical stakeholders.
