Job Description Technical Program Manager

AIOps, Intelligent Operations & Service Reliability 12+ years of experience in technology delivery, infrastructure operations, service management, observability, automation or related disciplines, including significant leadership of complex enterprise programs. Demonstrated success as a Technical Program Manager, Technical Delivery Manager, Service Transformation Lead, IT Operations Manager or equivalent senior role. Hands-on experience shaping or delivering AIOps, observability, intelligent incident management, automation or AI-assisted support initiatives in production environments. Strong knowledge of IT service management and operations practices, including incident, major incident, problem, change, event, knowledge, service level and continual improvement management. Ability to engage credibly with engineers and architects while also communicating outcomes, risks and investment choices to senior business and technology stakeholders. Working understanding of cloud and hybrid infrastructure, APIs, data integration, security, privacy, resiliency and production support controls. Preferred Credentials
PMP, PRINCE2
Practitioner, SAFe, Scrum or comparable program/agile delivery certification. ITIL 4 Foundation, Managing Professional or equivalent service-management credential. ServiceNow certifications aligned to ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery or platform implementation. Cloud certification from Microsoft Azure, AWS or Google Cloud; SRE, observability, automation, data or AI credentials are advantageous.

Experience:
>10 YEARS . The expected compensation for this role ranges from $100,000 to $200,000 . Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
