This work unit supports the recruitment and admission of students to CSU (Fort Collins). Full Consideration Date For full consideration, applications must be received by September 15, 2026. To apply, please submit resume and cover letter. Essential Job Duties Temporary processors complete essential data verification and data entry steps as part of processing applications for admission.
Typical activities include:
Ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of student data with strict FERPA compliance Reviewing applications and academic records according to established guidelines Calculating grade point averages, determining residency and tracking performance indicators Verifying data in university systems and performing data maintenance tasks Scanning/downloading material into database Completing other special projects as assigned Conditions of Employment CSU employment is contingent upon a successful background check (after interview). High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred Demonstrated computer proficiencyPreferred Qualifications:
