Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Software Engineer to support engine development and production test programs. This role will be responsible for developing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting test automation software used for automated test execution, data acquisition, diagnostic workflows, regression testing, and verification activities throughout engine development and certification programs. Responsibilities include troubleshooting software issues, performing root cause analysis, implementing and validating bug fixes, supporting pre-release testing and defect triage, providing customer support during test campaigns and software rollouts, maintaining technical documentation, and supporting evolving engine model configurations over time. • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field
• Experience with C/C++, Python and Shell Scripting
• Experience with supporting software releases, defect triage, regression testing, and post-release sustainment activities
• Experience working within Linux operating systems
• Experience with real-time programming and Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS)
