About the Role SphereGen is looking for a hands-on RPA Developer with experience in UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, C#/.NET, APIs, and databases. You will design, develop, deploy, and support automation solutions that improve business efficiency and reduce manual processes. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain RPA solutions using UiPath, Power Automate, or similar platforms. Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities. Build integrations with .NET applications, APIs, databases, and third-party systems. Develop and maintain C#/.NET-based applications supporting automation. Troubleshoot, monitor, and provide production support for automation solutions. Collaborate with business users and technical teams to deliver effective solutions. Participate in testing, deployment, code reviews, documentation, and continuous improvement. Required Skills 3-4 years of experience in software development and/or RPA. Strong hands-on experience with C#, .
NET, ASP.NET
MVC, and Visual Studio. Experience with UiPath, Power Automate, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, or similar RPA platforms. Knowledge of
REST/SOAP
APIs, web services, SQL Server and/or Oracle. Familiarity with JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, Git/GitHub, or Azure DevOps. Strong problem-solving, debugging, communication, and collaboration skills. Location & Work Authorization Must be located within a reasonable commuting distance of New Haven, CT. Must be available to work from the office as required.
