Hourly Equivalent of $90,000-$100,000 annually (depending on experience) About the Opportunity We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to join a growing technology team supporting business-critical applications and integrations. This is a long-term contract opportunity with the potential to convert to a permanent position after approximately six months, depending on business needs and performance. The ideal candidate will have strong Java development experience and a background supporting web applications that interact with ERP systems, business processes, and enterprise integrations. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, enhance, and support full stack web applications Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services Develop scalable solutions using Java and Spring Boot Write, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries and database processes Support and maintain applications that integrate with ERP and other business systems Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities Contribute to CI/CD and automated build processes using Maven and related development tools Requirements Required Qualifications 3+ years of professional software development experience Strong experience with Java Experience developing applications using Spring Boot Experience building and consuming REST APIs Strong SQL and relational database experience Experience with Maven and modern software development practices Experience developing or supporting enterprise web applications Understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies and Agile environments Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with business users Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting applications that integrate with ERP, MRP, or other enterprise business systems Familiarity with business processes such as inventory management, order processing, manufacturing, supply chain, purchasing, or distribution Experience with e-commerce platforms or order management applications Experience with Git, Jenkins, Docker, and Linux environments Experience with modern front-end technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, or Vue Experience working on application integrations and data exchange projects Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.
