Compensation:
$250k-$300k + Equity Overview We're seeking a hands-on DevOps Engineer to join an early-stage technology company building advanced software for high-impact government environments. This role is focused on the challenge of getting production software successfully deployed and operating inside classified infrastructure. You'll work at the intersection of software and secure deployment, helping move containerized applications into environments where conventional development and deployment assumptions don't always apply. This is an opportunity for an engineer who understands what it actually takes to deliver software beyond a standard commercial cloud environment and enjoys solving difficult infrastructure problems with significant ownership. What You'll Do Deploy and operate production software within classified government environments. Support deployments across IL5, IL6, and TS environments. Deploy containerized applications within secure infrastructure. Solve infrastructure and environment-specific challenges that emerge during deployment. Troubleshoot production and deployment issues in environments with unique technical constraints. Partner with software engineers to move applications from development into operational environments. Help establish reliable deployment practices as the engineering organization and customer footprint grow. What We're Looking For Hands-on DevOps, DevSecOps, platform, or infrastructure engineering experience. Experience deploying containerized software into classified or similarly restricted environments. Familiarity with IL5, IL6, TS, or comparable secure government infrastructure. Strong troubleshooting skills across infrastructure and software deployment. Ability to operate independently when the path forward isn't fully defined. Active U.S. security clearance. U.S. citizenship required. Preferred Active TS/SCI. Compensation Compensation is flexible based on experience, technical depth, and clearance level, with base compensation around $250K-$300K, plus equity.
