- Job Description Provide technical leadership as a Pega Lead System Architect (LSA), ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure Engage with business stakeholders to understand application requirements Define IT strategies and manage infrastructure to meet organizational objectives Lead teams in system design, deployment, and performance optimization Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and information security protocols Provide guidance on best practices, coding standards, and development framework Expertise in co-designing Pega integration with other technologies in collaboration with integration architects and cross-technology counter parts Coordinate with Pega vendor on Service Requests and their resolution Manage Pega platform level 508 defects and their plan for resolution Perform design reviews, code reviews and ensure code quality and compliance with guardrails, best practices and satisfy performance requirements Mentor and guide junior developers and system architects Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in IT leadership/architecture, specializing in Pega Certified Pega Lead System Architect is required Strong knowledge of IT systems, networking, and security standards Experience with Pega Infinity/Constellation UX Design System/Version 8.
