Job Description

The IT Solutions Architect is responsible for protecting, maintaining, and supporting all AGS IT & Cybersecurity requirements. This position reports directly to the President and Vice President of AGS. See Tasks and responsibilities for more detailed clarification.
Required:
5 years working in IT and/or Cybersecurity Programming knowledge Microsoft BASIC Knowledge on CMMC 2.0 and above Microsoft Office Suite Experience Preferred (Not Mandatory): Knowledge with the following: EPDS, CroudStrike, SyncroRMM Bachelor's Degree or above
Tasks & Responsibilities :
1. Server Maintenance & Security a. Maintain AGS Server capabilities b. Routinely perform security sweeps and updates c. Organize server racks to a clean, uniform, and labelled status d. Improve server capabilities as required to match AGS requirements 2. AGS Workstation Support a. Maintain and install AGS Workstations b. Routinely perform security sweeps and updates on all stations and remote PCs c. Organize workstation PC installations to clean and uniform status d. Improve workstation capabilities as required to match AGS requirements 3. Real Time Threat Monitoring a. Daily continual threat monitoring across server and workstations 4. Operator/User Management a. Manage creation of new operators b. Manage access levels of new operators i. Windows users ii. Remote Access iii. Keeper Password Security Tool iv. Building Access v. EPDS Access and rights 5. Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) 2.0 a. Develop, implement, maintain and certify AGS Devices CMMC compliance and certification 6.

a. Develop, implement, maintain and certify AGS Devices

compliance and certification 7. Cybersecurity Training and Continuous Development a. Develop training program for all AGS employees on Cybersecurity i. Use Udemy Business courses as support tool for this b. Hold training seminars as required on a departmental basis c. Create phishing tests for continual training d. Create cybersecurity threat analysis reports 8. Support AGS Employees a. Assist AGS employees with IT requirements b. Dedicated Teams channel created for request management using Monday.com software application 9. Website Maintenance a.
