Senior .NET Full Stack Developer

Job Summary The Senior .NET Full Stack Developer will support enterprise application development initiatives within a fast-paced Agile environment. This role is responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and enhancing scalable, reliable, and high-performing applications while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in full-stack .NET development, Angular, APIs, and SQL Server, along with experience supporting enterprise applications and modern development practices. Key Responsibilities Analyze, design, develop, test, debug, implement, maintain, and enhance new and existing systems and applications. Develop customized programming solutions while improving and maintaining current application functionality. Collaborate with Business Systems Analysts and Agile team members to deliver scalable technical solutions. Apply appropriate software development methodologies, tools, and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) practices. Design and implement solutions using .NET technologies and

web services. Participate in issue tracking, ticket management, and customer support processes. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely and effective manner. Create detailed technical specifications and modify processes to address complex business and technical requirements. Lead development initiatives and provide technical guidance to project teams when needed. Mentor junior developers and promote best practices across the development team. Ensure compliance with SDLC standards, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements, and general computing controls. Define, monitor, and improve system performance metrics and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Support ongoing application optimization, reporting, and operational improvement activities. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and other assigned responsibilities. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience. Strong expertise with .NET Framework, C#, ASP.NET, and MVC. Experience with WCF, COM, and ODP.NET technologies. Experience with DevExpress or similar UI frameworks. Strong front-end development experience with JavaScript and Angular. Experience developing and integrating REST and SOAP web services. Strong SQL Server and database development experience. Experience using source control systems such as Git. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Experience working within Agile development environments. Preferred Qualifications Experience leading technical initiatives or mentoring development teams. Familiarity with enterprise application architecture and integration patterns. Experience supporting performance optimization and SLA management initiatives. Knowledge of compliance and governance standards related to software development processes.
